Pros
Been with company more that 15 years and have grown professionally and continuously. There are a lot of room for hard working people in Electrolux. By no means perfect company, but you can really stand out by making improvements- and there are plenty of opportunities to improve yet.
Cons
I refer specifically to Electrolux as a global organization. Depending on the region (which have there own CEOs), some regions you may want to check their rankings before deciding to join.
