Pros
Can be friendly place. They have mediocre, but promising programs. Although they will not admit, their programs emulate Japanese systems.
Cons
Unless you are salaried, you are inferior in mind, experience, abilities, and education. Yet, some old school entry level management are functionally illiterate. PTO SYSTEM SUCKS AS DOES SOME BENEFITS. Many of their managers are either young and/or have never worked in a manufacturing facility.
