Hard culture to navigate, thrives on ill fed gossip and forces on the 5% of what people don’t succeed at rather than the 95% they excel at. Job security does not exist, constantly being told my middle management ‘I’ll have your job’ Communication is none exciting and based on who you know. Word of mouth, leads to a substantial number of myths. Tiers and people manager structures are disjointed and do not work. In the same roll, People just out of college have higher job levels than those with years of experience.
