Experience of Executive Search. Job was sold as an interesting chance to interact with and be part of helping companies and executives reach their full potential.
Cons
Egon Zehnder in London is a dysfunctional organisation with huge workload for support staff and Consultants taking on more and more projects with no consideration of the impact of that. Multiple support staff out on leave due to stress. As it is a partnership model, the Consultants make huge salaries whilst very little trickles down. Ego driven, hugely competitive, non-supportive environment. Bad behaviour is the order of the day. Seems absurd that Egon Zehnder are asked to consult on other corporations culture when their own is so badly wrong.
