Egon Zehnder interview questions

Interview process was very smooth but a bit too long. I was constantly informed about the progress. I would say the interviews difficulty level was average, the only annoying part was that whenever I thought this was the last round, there was always another.

This was a one round interview with HR just getting a feel for you and your background. This was a very casual conversation and more so seeing what I wanted to do
