Pros
- Brand Infosys - Can leverage all amenities of the parent company - Lush green campus - Work-life balance - Onsite opportunity (if lucky!) - You get feeling of government job in a private company
Cons
- Poor engineering decisions - Outdated tech stacks - Seniors lack technical expertise - No proper recognition/reward for good work - Follows agile process just because other orgs are doing it(doesn't add any value) - Attrition rate is at its peak - No competency among peers as there is really nothing challenging or interesting - Poor code quality, no code reviews resulting in poor products which gets sold just because of brand name 'Infosys'
