Pros
Pros bonus is paid each year, on site car park, canteen okay, free health insurance not many other perks I can think of...
Cons
long hours and more hours, rarely getting over time payments. Very backward thinking organisation using old tools no new technology I can only see my CV getting worse since I started here. Bit like working at the zoo from the Larma on heat to the big controller taking the tickets at the door, you leaving at 4 what you only came in at 7am. Management are in the dark ages and not in the real world I suppose typical of an old utility industry and the software they sell is also in the realms of a program language you would have used 20 years ago. Work life balance is a big issue for all that work there and also the person who runs the office is not helping the fast turnover..
