      Pros

      We are an office first business however, this is a pro, not a con. I love coming into the office, which is so welcoming and we have a very diverse culture. Accompanied with exciting perks, and company activities/events

      Cons

      If you are looking for a strong process driven, overly structured and slow moving company then this is not the place for you. We move at a very fast pace, which is exciting.

      Fast-paced environment with smart, driven people. There’s always something happening, which keeps the work interesting and creates plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Compensation is also very competitive.

      Cons

      The pace can be demanding at times, and expectations are high. It may not be the right fit for someone looking for a more relaxed work environment.
