      Pros

      Depending on store manager, very laid back atmosphere. Get to clock in 30 min before opening and it only takes 5 min to open (getting paid to use the bathroom NICE!). Also, the store always smells GREAT!

      Cons

      Unreasonable sales goals that will get you fired if you do not meet them even if there is no customer traffic... and even if no one in the store meets them. I have seen entire stores get fired even though they had some of the top ADS in the district.

      Wonderful team environment to work in.

      The store is in the mall so there are the drawbacks of that.

      Kept cutting hours-non managers were given less than 8 hours a week.
