Work, work and more work - Product Manager Earth Networks Employee Review

Management keeps changing focus every couple of years. Projects spring up all of the sudden and have to take priority. Some people are really overworked and burned out and some people seem to not be all that busy. They are trying hard to make it look like a really fun innovative place but they are just trying to hire young people that they don't have to pay much to because they do not pay a lot to begin with and the bonus system is sad.
