Earth Networks interview questions

I had 2 interviews -phone interview was a 20-30 min one and an in person interview of 3.5 hours with 5 different people. Phone interview was basic questions about my experience and what I'm doing currently and a few generic programming conceptual questions. The in person interview was very long . They had conceptual questions on scenarios drawn out on white board to see your problem solving skills. Questions about my resume and background, a few programming n testing questions etc.

It was a phone interview. It seemed more like a conversation. The interviewer described the job duties, we talked about my qualifications, and i asked when they would be deciding. The interview lasted about 20 minutes.
