      Good company in general and hope to see their presence in the US increase in the next few years.

      Cons

      Computer support in India which created a serious problem in addressing local system issues which affected our clients. An on call support team in the US would better serve all US clients.

      Great work/life balance. Good benefits.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
