Working from home as a remote claims arbitrator seemed to be an ideal job but the work load was dependent upon cases provided to the company from insurance companies in which they have contracts. In less than a year, the workload started to trickle in and EXL was not able to maintain their remote staff. The most devistating part is there was no real notice or preparation for the layoff and the company made promises prior to hiring a group that they forecast an increase in business.

they hired us via campus placement from NIT in 2022 for the batch of 2023 ... and kept delaying our onboarding with bogus reasons.... their management is the worst.... HR are absolutely terrible.... no proper communication between them and their employees.... and now in 2024 after 1 year gap after we got graduated, they told that they can't onboard us and revoked our offer telling us they're heading towars new generative AI and all, being from NIT if they'd have given us training on that we could have been valuable resources for them too. What about our one year? They've destroyed many freshers life.... I pray to almighty that their this so called MNC get dusted to the ground soon
