Pros
1. Pays monthly salary on time 2. Hires retired people or almost retiring people to manage the company. 3. Makes quick changes to the policies, but unfortunately only when it is in favor of the company. 4. Gives high hope to employees about many projects in the pipeline. 5. Good company as a stepping stone as it pays well.
Cons
1. Does not respect the offer letter by making changes to the policies. 2. Growing up the career ladder is almost impossible. 3. Lots of errors in the inbuilt time management software. Strangely the errors are all in favor of the company. 4. Lets have fun at work culture is not there as the management does not think of it as a healthy work practice. 5. It is challenging to maintain a good relationship with the company after the resignation because they take away all the variable pay that rightfully belongs to the employee. Extends the last working day during notice period even if it just 1 or 2 priviledge leaves during the tenure of 3 months. 6. Employee loses a big chunk of his variable pay due to insufficient projects. 7. There is a solid reason for the resignation of every employee who has served beyond 2 years which the company does not want to improve upon.
