      The best reason to work at EVGA is the coworkers, the benefit and employee discounts are nice. healthcare + Gym memberships + holiday parties and bonuses. They promote within, you can transfer to different departments to best fit your skillset

      Management doesn’t regularly listen to/use feedback provided by staff Plans change quickly and often, which can be stressful, but you learn to anticipate it
