Pros

They make some decent hardware and have a good relationship with Nvidia. After you work here, any other place will seem like a joke, because this will be the worst job you've ever had.

Cons

All the negative reviews are spot on. I've had some bad jobs in my time but this place takes the cake. Pretty much everything about this place is a con. - CEO is a micro-managing unstable lunatic who thinks he's king of the universe and treats most of his employees like peasants even though he is the direct cause of most of the problems and makes terrible decisions. I've seen him throw temper tantrums, yell at people, throw tea and keyboards at people. Basically expect to be treated like garbage. - The pay is FAR below industry standard although they always act like they pay industry standard. Expect to make minimum wage here unless you are one of Joe's little pawns. You will be promised raises that never come. Or maybe after a year or two, if you bug them enough.. they will give you a review and ~maybe~ give you a 25 cent raise. But along with it will come five times more responsibility. But usually they prefer to just slam you with more and more work without paying you, if at all possible. - The only thing that matters to the company is the bottom line - you, you are just a disposable pawn. - You will be expected to be worked raw, treated like crap by customers AND upper management, and take your mcdonalds pay and like it. - Company politics are huge. If you don't drink the company kool-aid 100%, you will be branded as a troublemaker or outsider and they will find a way to fire you, and after they fire you they will slander you after you leave. - The place is always slightly understaffed, (THUS OVERWORKED) what with the constant revolving door of employees who come in, last one week or one day and say SCREW THIS PLACE and bolt. - The office was always dirty, and the CEO was so cheap he wouldn't even hire professional cleaners. Had two Mexican ladies come to clean the office twice a week with a 20 year old vacuum that left more dirt than it picked up. - Extremely High Stress levels due to completely sadistic management ? Check - Laughable Pay? Check - Inter-office politics and constant drama from the CEO? CHECK I used to have respect for this company, until I worked for them.

The worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working for.

Pros

The people are great that work here for the most part. Lots of like minded people of you are into tech stuff. Also a lot of people from China and Taiwan that are in the sales department who don't know anything about what they sell.

Cons

This place doesn't care about you at all. Don't think for a second they do. The CEO Andrew Han Likes to tall down to his employees and expects them to slave away for peanuts so he can go out and buy his new audi then says that the company isn't making money so no one gets a raise. The management here is horrible I have en ever seen such a horribly ran company in my life. I'm shocked they are still in business to be honest they don't even K ow their customer base. The quality of the products is so low now that I'm Suprised when I worked there if something didn't break or have a recall. Lots of sweeping stuff under the rug. I would say more but I'd rather not.

Pros

If you are looking for a challenge, then you will find it here. There will not be much reward other than you will be able to take on anything after.

Cons

Very bad micromanaging. The CEO is king and everyone bows before him. You are shown how to do things a exactly certain way but get "owned" when you are doing it right. If you want to keep your job, you will slave away other aspects of your life. When you get the choice to shift over to salary, remember you do not get OT and you are officially "his" anytime day or night.
