While compensation is above average, steadily improving, and the company provides real opportunities for professional growth. On top of that, it embraces modern work practices such as remote work and implements meaningful changes that enhance employees’ well-being.
Cons
Salaries and benefits are not yet at a highly competitive level, though they are progressing in the right direction. Other than that, I have no major concerns.
