I work as Head of Finance, and I can confidently say this is one of the most balanced and fulfilling professional experiences I’ve had to date. The work environment is youthful, collaborative, and positive. Management is approachable and genuinely invested in its people, showing a clear willingness to improve and evolve. I’m given a high level of trust and autonomy in my role, which makes a real difference in my day-to-day satisfaction. While compensation is above average, steadily improving, and the company provides real opportunities for professional growth. On top of that, it embraces modern work practices such as remote work and implements meaningful changes that enhance employees’ well-being.
Cons
Salaries and benefits are not yet at a highly competitive level, though they are progressing in the right direction. Other than that, I have no major concerns.
