Cons
I worked at Epic for about two and a half years and it was the worst job I ever had. The pay is lousey - they try and make it sound better with overinflated values for car usage etc, but they pay the lowest wages in the industry. They have a high staff turnover which they boast about for some reason. Their website brags that 40% of their staff have been employed there for at least 3 years. What that means is that 60% of their staff don't last 3 years. The management use bullying strategies to make themselves appear more professional. I know at least three staff member who filled workplace bullying complaints while I was there, including one that ended in a lawsuit. Several of the senior management attend the same church and if you do not subscribe to the same beliefs then your chance of progression in the company is nearly nil. Work there at your own peril.
