"The RC and management is completely negligent and incapable of leadership, instead uses threats of warnings, micromanagement and Bullying tactics to threaten staff into meeting unrealistic KPI's instead of addressing the core issues." Prevalent biased culture, particularly at executive level. No recognition for dedicated lower level employees. Very low pay rates for this industry.

Excellent support when meeting KPIs

Cons

Support is replaced with stress even when changes are environmental - changes to rules and tenders made this a very difficult inductry to meet required KPIs - like many companies in this field, middle management became very heavy - oppressive oversight at a result creating an adversarial work environment. Managment often added little value
