      Offers a good salary package, especially compared to industry standards.

      Cons

      - The high salary can become a disadvantage if you're on the bench, as it becomes harder to get allocated to projects. - You may be booked for a client who doesn’t respond or schedule interviews, causing extended bench time. - The company does not provide clear communication on the maximum duration one can remain on the bench. - High-package employees often face more challenges in getting project assignments quickly. - Even when you cleared the interview due to budget constraints, you will not select for that position

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
