I joined the company without any project, there are several opportunities inside EPAM with different clients, but for Brazil none. All the projects that proposed my profile, were canceled or I was rejected for being overqualified. During 3 months (probation period), I did not be able to prove my worth. After the probation period, I was fired (zero job security), but most of the Brazilians that joined around the same time were fired too. (I left a good job to join EPAM). I do not recommend any Brazillian to accept an offer from them, it's a dead end. There is no responsible for HR in Brazil. The person responsible for it was fired after my first month. So everything is very messy and the support is weak.
