Pros

You could say that your worked for Google on your resume. It's something, I guess (Let's ignore we are talking about an outsourced contractor)

Cons

-Disastrous onboarding. Training consisting of reading documentation + Some shadowing of complex cases. -Support job where every single ticket was micromanaged with a rating system, some of the reasons to deduct points were relatively subjective (Still managed +90%) -Threatens to basically fire you if said punctuation went lower than 90%. -I got almost a 50% salary increase by moving to another company. You can imagine how bellow average the salary was. -Junior salary, junior job title, but expected to perform the same functions than the seniors because "We don't have easy tickets on the queue"

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
