      Pros

      pay scale is good. work from home.

      Cons

      lot of politics. They have hired many people now they are asking to leave. They don't have project. Over load. What ever is said in the induction is totally false. Client interview are irrelevant, totally different form the skill sets you have. They just increase the count and then fire. All positive reviews are from their own. Pathetic management. Work life balance is pathetic. Non technical sitting at the top.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
