Pros
EPAM offers a lot of great stuff, but most of it comes with conditions it offers almost endless learning and career opportunities, if you get lucky with your manager relocation help, if you qualify many benefits depending on location great community
Cons
so much depends on which project and which practice you're in; benefits, work hours, pay, management, work-life balance colleagues with identical job titles and responsibilities can earn ridiculously different salaries at the same time, colleagues with the same job title can do vastly different things generally speaking, work-life balance sucks unless you're non-prod EPAM is basically an MSP and everything changes very often and very quickly Security (and management in general) keeps cutting off permissions and often tries to put different projects in same sized boxes regardless of project needs
