Pros
- Solid company background - Very smart top management - Engineering skills are in the focus - You might find yourself in a five-star company if get assigned to a good project with good management
Cons
- Depending on the actual project you get assigned to, you might find yourself in a very different company than you were hired for - There is no clear (if at all) communication about: how to change project (without leaving the company/getting no salary raise for years/no promotions etc.) - Compensation policy is intentionally vague - Some people managers seriously lack the honesty and integrity to be good leaders, they are soldiers (sometimes working against their people's interests) - You might find yourself in a zero-star company if get assigned to a bad project with bad management
