      - they have huge experience in starting and maintaining projects, so you don't have to worry about organizational issues; - lots and lots of bonuses, it seems like every second shop gives you a discount if you're an employee; - lots of projects to switch from your current one if you wish

      - outsourcing model means that you take customer's decisions, legacy systems, and usually can't change much
