Pre-employment health examination is asked to paid by employees. Private Health Insurance only covers %80. Salary raise is not promised. You might not get a raise and the communication is not clear during this process. Lunch fee & roadside assistance is not making any sense considered to the inflation in this country. Almost no other benefits rather than the lunch fee and private health insurance. Bonuses are always going to the people who are showing themselves the best but not working the hardest or the people who has the one "fitting (!)" the best for the open roles from their previous companies. Tasks for the roles are not clear and the Legal Counsel is not drawing clear lines. Some of the practices are not complying with the Labor Law of TR. Health & Safety practices are only on the paper but practiced in real life. Wage Inequality is something real. GDPR is also only on the paper since I still receive messages on my personal phone number. Almost no company culture. Everyone is on their own. Over times for non-production employees are not paid.

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
