National Security Solutions (NSS) division works on important, challenging, and interesting solutions for its customers. Motivated employees can rapidly grow into project leadership to creatively contribute to/steer program development.
Cons
Lack of technical mentorship; specialized work teams do not facilitate apprenticeship and skill development. Corporate leadership transitions and instability over past 24 months have not clarified company's future direction. Minimal investment in Internal Research & Development challenges new business growth and competitiveness; new ideas need immediate customer.
