Pros
Fully remote, lot of experienced people in their fields. No pressure from management on deadlines etc, Collaborative atmosphere.
Cons
Don't expect raises. Ever. No performance review for years. Poor mid tier management. Company does not invest in domain knowledge gathering. Most of the programmers I talked to are delivering code for insurance platform (the only product in a company) without even basic understanding of how insurance business works.
