Pros

Good tech. Clueless leadership. Alien to modern methods. They are barely introducing OKRs despite 12+ yrs in business. Total absence of a techstack and associated tooling for running a business. in all departments. Everything is dated. A few folks on leadership > 70. nobody is under 50. The motto is innovate, act, move forward. Teams are distributed. Heavily siloed by geo and hierarchy. End of your career type of company. They took good care of folks in Ukraine during the war

Cons

There is no governance in this place. no management meets. no need for further downs to present and report up. Alec rules by his agenda and decree. Kinda works. But when it doesn't consequences are dire. Do whatever you want as long as it has the veil of 'innovation'. Bonuses are merged with salary. no performance requirements. no need for Sales to make its numbers. no need for product to articulate what it is building why (we won't even talk about when). Good health coverage. no 401k matching. no real company values or habits.

Pros

There is no pros to work in EIS

Cons

Ugly company with ugly people and ugly development frameworks. CEO is a liar, managers are toxic drama queens. They don’t care and value talent developers, you are dirt for them and they fire you in any moment. Inadequately reacts to developers who share thoughts and recommendations about product design and architecture and how to make it better. They are bosses and you are fool - it is a principe of their teams. They reinvented every library/technology with theirs ugly non-flexible custom ones. And in the end you will be guilty for the unsuccess of your customer implementation and they terminate you.

Pros

If you are useless, it's very easy to keep your job. I often see valuable people go undervalued or be let go, and there is a constant search for appropriate work for totally useless and slow people to give them something to succeed in. It is very hard to decipher what makes a successful employee. Being a "yes man" seems to be helpful.

Cons

Don't expect a raise, a bonus, or anybody with a good handle on English grammar. Do expect to be micromanaged. Executives like wasting their time on small items that are not priority and end up costing the company a lot of money. Absolutely zero teamwork, highly competitive, many employees are out for sabotage.
