They don’t care and value talent developers, you are dirt for them and they fire you in any moment. Inadequately reacts to developers who share thoughts and recommendations about product design and architecture and how to make it better. They are bosses and you are fool - it is a principe of their teams. They reinvented every library/technology with theirs ugly non-flexible custom ones. And in the end you will be guilty for the unsuccess of your customer implementation and they terminate you.
