If you work here, you’ll understand that your life and career is important and that there are more interesting companies with a better attitude.
Cons
It feels like the company is trying to create a US-style work culture, where you’re set up to work hard and be happy—grateful for the “pleasure” of working here. But I don’t like that. And I don’t like that companies like this even exist because work shouldn’t take over your life, make you question your worth, or pretend like overworking is a privilege. Simple as that.
