There are lot of intelligent and hard-working individuals working on interesting projects and you get to work with people all over the world—Spain, China, Lithuania, Brazil and many more. It is a diverse and supportive organization that is happy to hear suggestions from anyone about anything. Their benefits are reasonable, they encourage you to use your accrued days off, to balance work and life, and avoid burnout. Most folks have a really positive attitude so it makes it an enjoyable place to work!

Growing pains are probably the biggest con. Their software/services are in high demand and staffing is difficult everywhere since the pandemic. Trying to scale our workforce to attain the organization's goals has been challenging. They do not contribute to 401K.

If you are familiar with the Overemployed subreddit, this company could be for you. I worked for perhaps 10 hours a week most weeks for a full salary and received glowing reports on my job performance.

Some folks don't even bother putting in the solid 10 hours a week and it shows. Lots of slackers who get paychecks for absolutely nothing.
