No long term security - Senior Test Automation Engineer EIS Group Employee Review

Experience can be wildly different based on projects. My initial project had a lot of issues, starting with almost complete lack of onboarding with massive expectations. While all of the following projects were completely clear without any issues whatsoever. There is zero job security here. There have been multiple large layoffs, which seemed to be based on lottery, not so much proper performance analysis, given by the information I received from all involved parties upon my own layoff.
