Pros

Free travel (with a student group) internationally each year Great place to learn sales/corporate Office life works hard to make fun events happen Most of the people are really welcoming/helpful/friendly

Cons

Base and bonus are low to start Many people do not hit goals/bonus due to unfair territory structure Does not provide many of the perks other corporate jobs have, such as consistent (daily) free lunch/snacks, parking paid for, stocks (private company), etc. 4 days in office, 1 day work from home Very niche sales and wear lots of hats that are not all sales functions (ex: answering phones on an available line)

Pros

You get to choose your tour and recruit the students you want to bring. The paid chaperone ratio is 6:1, so it is very manageable. The tours are great and the local experts are wonderful.

Cons

Company support is variable. There is high turnover and new consultants are very sales motivated and don't always get the nuances of your school or community group. I have had some WONDERFUL concusltants, but they have always been promoted before I get to work with them again.
