Pros

friendly atmosphere, nothing more i can add

Cons

too low salary - hard work is not appreciated at all. no lunch time. overtime work everyday which is unpaid(!). therefore lots of employees at this position quit their work that undone work has to be finished by next ones. the company is too mean to hire more employees for this position - 1-2 persons can't handle the work in there - it's just unreal - so EF sometimes lets down the customers. i've never thought that international companies can be like this that i'm quite disappointed. i'd never ever recommend you to work at almaty office.

Pros

You get to choose your tour and recruit the students you want to bring. The paid chaperone ratio is 6:1, so it is very manageable. The tours are great and the local experts are wonderful.

Cons

Company support is variable. There is high turnover and new consultants are very sales motivated and don't always get the nuances of your school or community group. I have had some WONDERFUL concusltants, but they have always been promoted before I get to work with them again.
