Thank you for your feedback. I’m happy to hear that you had a strong connection with your colleagues and that you were able to see the world with us. However I am sorry to hear of your negative experiences during your time with our team. Training is a huge priority for us, both in the onboarding stage and in continued professional development. We invest heavily in our ongoing Entrepreneurial Sales Development Program, which ensures strong preparation for the role while also nurturing individual professional goals. Territory Managers do drive the strategy for sales growth in their region. Occasionally this does require a high call volume but strategies are always tailored to the needs and growth potential of a specific area. We do foster an environment of healthy competition and utilize inter-office contests (ex. Top performers trip) to create a fun, engaging sales environment.
