      - Clear sense of of purpose, making education accessible and meaningful. A mission you'd be happy to represent. - Inspirational leadership as they really know what they are doing and are happily involved in execution! - Great office location and positive in-person culture. - Encouragement to bring new ideas, especially around innovation and tech. - Top class talent and colleagues are everywhere making it a great learning environment. - The environment is full of energy. Everyone seems to be on a mission to accomplish great things and I love it!

      Cons

      - Fast-paced environment which may feel overwhelming for some at first. - on-site work is required which is a con only for people looking for remote work.

      Pros

      You get to choose your tour and recruit the students you want to bring. The paid chaperone ratio is 6:1, so it is very manageable. The tours are great and the local experts are wonderful.

      Cons

      Company support is variable. There is high turnover and new consultants are very sales motivated and don't always get the nuances of your school or community group. I have had some WONDERFUL concusltants, but they have always been promoted before I get to work with them again.
