Pros
This is a good place to get started in English language teaching. The students are great, the location is good, and this is an international company with a lot of interesting intersections. Teachers were very pleasant to work with and genuinely cared about student happiness.
Cons
Very low pay for Boston, management not sensitive to teacher or student needs, director and HR enable bullying, manipulative, racially biased behavior from staff towards other staff and students.
The company also misrepresents itself a bit to the students as a quality language school when really it's a tourist enterprise with a school attached.
