No work-life balance - Graphic Designer EB Games Employee Review

This role was more stressful than it needed to be with unreasonable deadlines and a lot of unpaid overtime. Management did not create a very friendly working environment, although team members were friendly. Got the impression that we were very replaceable and there was no incentive to retain long-term staff.
