      Coworkers in-store are lovely and it's nice to talk about common interests

      Cons

      Often overbearing customers, bare minimum pay and very restricted hours. By the sounds of it, managers are getting screwed over especially this year

      No Sense of Responsibility When Managers Act Out

      - Talking about video games for a living - Mostly light and small stock, so not too strenuous - Fairly relaxed presentation rules - (Most of) the people there are super nice

      Cons

      - Got harassed constantly by my manager - This man saw no repercussions and remained a manager after months of tormenting me and other women at my branch even after we came forward - This story is repeated across branches. I don't know if it's an EB Games thing, but it sure was frequent - Minimal pay rises for senior sales staff, managers' bonuses getting taken away for trivial reasons
