      It’s local and convenient and your immediate colleagues are very varied which makes for a good range of sexes and age

      Cons

      Senior Management just follow the rule book and don’t consider individuals needs. Not very sympathetic when your struggling with personal issues and their are not hitting figures

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
