Pros

Good benefits and salary. Generous holiday schedule. Hours are good since senior management works 10 AM to 5 PM. It's a great company if you like bureaucracy and incompetence.

Cons

For a company that develops renewable projects, the pipeline is non existent. E.ON can only build in Texas. Solar development is a joke with nothing built in the last 3 years. US managers are more concerned about looking good to their bosses in Germany than attending to issues. It is a kiss up/kick down culture where managers are very abusive of employees but are upper management's sycophants.

Pros

18 months ago there would have been a lot of pros but as of now there are none

Cons

Some Senior management are bullies and don't like to admit when they are in the wrong, heavily targeted, very stressful, not enough staff = constant call queues, break management is ridiculous(managers breaks and lunches aren't monitored but all advisors are), sickness attendance is extreme ( personal circumstances not being taken in consideration, just a tick box exercise), disabilities not being fully understand and being penalised for that. Everything is scripted and you can't build up good rapport with a customer because you are conscious that you are only allowed a certain amount of time per call
