      Very good health and safety culture with the best industry training - work with a focus on quality and not quantity, very good quality tooling and equipment .

      Cons

      Van can’t be adjusted - and that is my only gripe , and it’s warranted when I asked why ,so I am happy to do as told

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
