      Informele sfeer (marketing afdeling), goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, weinig hierarchie, korte lijnen, mogelijkheid om impact te hebben.

      Cons

      Geen duidelijke visie of strategie voor de lange termijn. Te veel focus op sales en te weinig op klantloyaliteit. Onvoldoende afstemming tussen verschillende teams. Onvoldoende doorgroeimogelijkheden of investering in medewerkers.
