      Pros

      Learned a lot on how to prioritize and manage time. Customers in the area are overall friendly and there are lots of regulars. Overall flexible hours, as long as you plan 2 weeks ahead. Head management generally friendly.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Need to train new employees better. Lack of supervision in evening shift.

      Working at Dunkin is fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented. Great coworkers, flexible hours, and a steady flow of energy make each shift enjoyable

      The staff was very supportive, and management made sure our goals were clear.

      Cons

      This is more applicable to the stores in my region, but there was always different management so it was hard to keep up with who we were supposed to report to.
