      Flexible schedule, some of the people are really nice.

      Cons

      Low pay and double standards abound. You only get promoted if you're willing to be on-call 24/7.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
