      Often staffed with/managed by local people that try to put people first. NY Capital District area stores seem to have franchisees that care about stability for their customers, employees, and stakeholders alike.

      Working at Dunkin is fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented. Great coworkers, flexible hours, and a steady flow of energy make each shift enjoyable

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
