Where do I begin? One of the most toxic environments I’ve had the displeasure of ever working in. 1) High Turnover - managers and associates leaving in boatloads, for very “mysterious” reasons. HR turns a blind eye to the incompetencies and moral mis-practices of management. 2) No Diversity & Inclusion - you will hear execs talk about this as if it’s of the utmost importance to them, however it is not practiced or believed to the core. Minorities are driven out of the company in “mob like” tactics from management. You only have a chance in this company if you’re a fair skinned and light haired heterosexual. 3) Shady Management - lots of bullying, mob like behavior, and retaliation tactics against employees that management have targeted based on their silly biases. Surprised a lawyer hasn’t lit this place up yet in a legal battle!
